The Holy Eucharist is the true and authentic body and blood of Jesus Christ offered through the form of unleavened consecrated bread and pure grape wine. Christ offered these gifts at the Last Supper so we can literally receive Christ in the Holy Eucharist as described in Jn 6:54-66 and Mt 26:17-29.
